Can you tell us a bit about who you are and what you do at Altissia?

I am an Industrial Designer, I have a specialization in Art Direction for Film and Television, and I am also a professional in Modern Languages. I have more than 14 years of experience in the field of language development; starting as an English and Spanish teacher. That is how I discovered my passion for education and became passionate about this field. For the last 7 years, I have focused and specialized in the intervention, design, implementation and management of academic projects for language teaching in different contexts, such as schools, universities and multinational companies.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Spanish at a native level and English level C1, with extensive knowledge of theoretical operation in both languages.

What are the key factors for ensuring the quality and success of the projects you manage at Altissia?

Empathy is key for a project to work properly; understanding where the client's need comes from and where they want to get to with the project to be executed. On the other hand, communication, as it is essential that all parties are informed and aligned so that the objectives and expectations are clear to all. Finally, organization; time management, activity management and knowing the product you offer is the only way to work efficiently and wisely.

What is your secret weapon to ensure the success of your projects?

Time management and prioritization of actions. As project managers, it is our responsibility to differentiate between what is urgent and what is important, to ensure that things happen in the right way and to guide both the client and the project along the right path.

What are the main challenges or problems you or your clients face and how do you solve them?

It is important to understand that each client is different and therefore the nature of their challenges is unique. The biggest challenge always lies in knowing how to guide them towards actions and measures that really bring them closer to achieving their goals. This means creating efficient and effective work plans that facilitate the development of participants' skills and allow the institution to measure its KPIs accurately.

What do you like most about your work?

The possibility it gives me to impact the lives of thousands of people through training and the development of life skills such as languages.

How does having a single point of contact make a difference to your customers and how does it work at Altissia?

It personalizes the experience, giving the customer confidence that their vision will be executed and that their requests will be met. It humanizes the process.
